Some of our strongest and most dedicated supporters are our Board of Directors. Our board consists of extraordinary individuals dedicated to strengthening our state by protecting Texans against preventable disease. The Immunization Partnership brings together a diverse group of individuals to best represent the people we serve. We appointed five new board members in the past month, all of whom we thank in advance for their commitment to dedicate their time and their strategic guidance.

Colin Caughran
Senior Vice President, Macquarie Group
Mr. Caughran specializes in energy marketing and financial modeling in the energy markets. He graduated with an MBA from Rice University, and a BSE degree in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.

Jennifer Molokwu, MD
Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso
Dr. Molokwu has been working on cervical cancer prevention and education in the border region. After graduating from medical school in Nigeria, Dr. Molokwu moved to the United States and obtained a master’s degree at the University Of Minnesota School Of Public Health with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health epidemiology.  

Disha Nath
Program Manager at CDC Foundation
Ms. Nath specializes in program planning and implementation to improve the health outcomes by eliminating disparities. Her experience includes data-guided activities designed to bring about immediate improvements in health care delivery, resulting in better patient outcomes and better system performance.

Dileep Rao
Senior Attorney, Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC
Mr. Rao focuses on Intellectual Property law, leveraging his business and engineering experience. He earned a Biomedical Engineering degree at Northwestern University, and completed an executive MBA program at Louisiana State University before earning a JD at University of Houston.

Hilary Ware
Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Cheniere Energy, Inc.
Ms. Ware’s depth and breadth of professional experience includes Human Resources, Information Technology, Shared Services for Business Support in IT, Finance and HR, Government Affairs, Corporate Communications, Global Philanthropy and Community outreach with specific experience in large scale business change and transformation.
